Wow, lovely shading on this, the lighting is fantastic and the detail on the hair brilliant. The slices in his face are freaky scary, but I think that was probably intentional.

VERY NICE INDEED!!! I love the dramatic shadow effect!! Wooo wee! And the colors work great! The hair looks fluffy like I could touch it!! oooh!! ::reaches forward to do so::

Suggestions? Hm... ::tilts head:: I'd say put a TINY outline of a shadow on the left side (our right) of his face. I know that is in the direct light, but his facial plain still does curve around in back. A light thin shadow could do the trick! And the purple on his face, is that some kind of shiny fabric? Watch out for getting too crazy with the lights and shadows there.

Nice on the shading of the features too! Especially the nose! Noses make or break a character, eh? But you've got this wonderfully shaded and it doesn't look awkward at all!

Man... I REALLY want to ruffle his hair... will he kill me if I do?? ::reaches towards the tantalizingly fluffy hair:: _
