Wooow... it's so awesome seeing you draw something Sailormoon again. !! It looks freakin' cool! And you can draw the fuku really well... *envious* >.> The effects are gorgeous, though, as always. :3 I bet any SM attack would look fantastic in your style~ *_* It's just so radiant and, uh, sparkly. Heheh. Really, it looks great. Love the subtle background, too - works very well with the picture. Yayyy, Sailormooonnnnnn~ *runs around like crazy* ;D!!

Heh, pretty nice drawing in here... there are some small details though.
Watch out for her hair, she's got a little (Just a little bit) more of volume in those golden strands of hair
One hand is longer than the other, watch out, look for a little more proportionality, you'll see that, looking closer, the hand she keeps down has a longer width.
Other than that, there are also things that I like into this drawing, let this comment not put you down but make you see for a better completion of your drawing.
I love the outfit, the colors and the details into it are pretty much alike the original. You have pretty much extra points for this, believe me, I love it.
The background Is very nice, the colors and the lights is something you'd most likely see when you're seeing one of Sailor Moon's Special moves.
Other thing I noticed as well is that you drew her eyes differently from the original. This is not something bad, In fact, seeing someone try different styles on existing characters is refreshing, so I must say that the special touch that makes this drawing very much yours is those blue eyes of hers.

Never knew you did Sailor Moon, or if I did, I forgot. Looks like Sailor Moon to say the least, love how you always have such a bold, dramatic shading style. ~doubletails brought up a couple points about hair and so forth, personally I find her hair hard to draw and as long as she has the bangs and those meatballs of hers, it's all good. Nice job.

Ah... the nostalgia... SM was my very first anime EVER and because of that, no matter how rediculous and stupid it gets, I will always love it!
